Rhetoric vs. Reality: Health Care “Reform” and Jobs

FACT: According to this morning’s release from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the private sector created 71,000 jobs in July, and only 31,000 jobs in June (revised downward from 83,000 in last month’s release) — far fewer than the 150,000 new jobs per month that most experts agree are needed just to keep up with the growth in the labor force.
